The court denied plaintiff's motions for default and summary judgment, granted defendants' motion to dismiss as to the Town of Trenton for lack of personal jurisdiction and improper service, dismissed plaintiff's first five federal causes of action as time-barred under the three-year statute of limitations, and dismissed defendant Glen Haskel from the case. The court did not grant defendants' motion to dismiss on all remaining claims.
