Corrections & Removal Requests

Workers’ Rights aggregates public records — attorney directory listings, employer court rulings, and related data — into searchable profiles. If information about you, a client, or an organization you represent is inaccurate, out of date, or should be removed, this page is the right place to reach us.

Who this page is for

Attorneys

If this is your profile and you’d like to update your firm, contact details, practice areas, ratings source, or remove the listing entirely, let us know. We verify requests using your state bar ID.

Employers and their counsel

If an employer profile or a court ruling page contains a factual error — a misattributed ruling, an incorrect outcome, an outdated entity name — we will review and correct it. Verification typically requires confirmation of your official role with the organization.

Individuals named in public court rulings

If a court ruling page includes personal information you would like hidden or redacted — for example, a home address published in a filing — contact us. We will evaluate the request against the underlying public record.

What to include in your email

  • The specific URL of the page you want reviewed (e.g. /attorney/jane-doe or /employers/acme-corp).
  • The specific information you believe is incorrect, and what it should say (or that it should be removed).
  • Proof of your authority to request the change — e.g. state bar number for an attorney profile, confirmation of your official role for an employer, or the relevant court docket reference for a ruling page.

What this page is — and isn’t

  • Not a law firm. No attorney-client relationship is created by contacting us. This is an informational tool.
  • Reviewed by humans. Your request is read by our team, not an automated takedown bot.
  • 3 business days. That’s our standard turnaround for verified requests. Complex records may take longer; we’ll keep you posted.
