Terms of Service

Last updated: July 30, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Workers’ Rights (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

Description of Service

Workers’ Rights is an informational platform that provides general legal information about employment rights, tools for documenting workplace events, and resources for finding legal representation. The Platform is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Appropriate Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

  • Use the Platform to harass, threaten, or defame any person
  • Submit false information to generate misleading legal assessments
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Platform’s content
  • Use automated systems to scrape or access the Platform in bulk

Informational Purposes Only

All content on the Platform is for general informational purposes. The legal information provided may not be current, complete, or applicable to your situation. See our Legal Disclaimer for full details.

Your Data

The Platform keeps a working copy in your browser. If you create an account, encrypted records sync automatically and eligible encrypted evidence files are backed up when the app confirms completion. No sync system replaces a backup you control: browser clearing, an interrupted upload, a lost device, or a service failure can still cause loss. Use the export tools and review the backup status before erasing a device. See our Privacy Policy for storage, encryption, provider, and deletion details.

Free Worker Access

Worker-facing features are free. Workers’ Rights does not offer a subscription, checkout, or paid feature tier, and no credit card is required.

Internal power-user flags may enable controlled model evaluation or operator testing for specifically configured accounts. Those flags are operational controls, not a product plan or commercial entitlement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Workers’ Rights and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
